Depends. on your luck. Sometimes your parcel can be stuck for days or week at one stage until you started a big escalation. Usually I will brute force all the possible range of tracking numbers to check if all the parcels in the same batch have the same status. If the rest of the parcels are moving, I will provide screenshot to the customer service and request for explanation. Recently, my parcel cleared custom a week ago , but there was no movement despite multiple follow ups, and different parties are playing ball game with each other. So, I made report in Malaysian custom asking for explanation why they kept my parcel (because the delivery company claimed so). They really did go and investigate and police report was made because such claims are being made. At the same time, I am firm with Taobao CS say that if I did not get my parcel by next day EOD, I will treat the parcel as lost and request for 2x the parcel value. They said OK. After the authorities are involved, my parcel suddenly appear in GDEX tracking website and in out of delivery status. DoragonHunter liked this post
