I use Shun feng enterprise. It has a shop in Batu Pahat. But it charges me 16%. Is it expensive?

I use ABX consolidate to buy three pants and three shirt. One shirt and two pants come with different sizes. Now, I ask for refund but the seller want me to send the item back to China. Have any one know how to do it and how much it charges?

My item is just 29 yuan ,about RM19. But the weight is only 3++gram, do you think it is worth to send back to china?
