QUOTE(PPZ @ Dec 4 2019, 07:28 PM) Hi, It will be refunded to your credit. Will refund within +-14 days. You can check if the refund has been approved by your bank or not in Alipay app. Based on my experience, Boost refund is quite fast. Got my refund <5 daysI am a newbie for Taobao shopping here and recently i bought a headphone and the seller told me that they are not shipping to malaysia and i proceed for refund. As i am not good in mandarin, i use google translate to do the translation. The refund process has been done and today i realised that my credit card got charged and i proceed to ask the seller why this is happening and the seller confirmed that they have approved the refund. So my question is since the refund has been approved, will it refund it to my credit card or refund to where? My next question will be since i failed to buy taobao items directly from them, i noticed someone mentioned here we could use 3rd party to buy their stuff. Any good 3rd parties to recommend? Thanks. |

QUOTE(JasonW13 @ Dec 8 2019, 11:46 AM) Hi guys have anyone tried to buy furniture on TaoBao and get it shipped to Malaysia? Any guidance and experience that you can share on the courier charges, logistic company? No experience but maybe you can ask for help from Taobao shop at Mytown, Cheras. If I'm not mistaken it's Taobao Official Store, for large item better seek for their help and they also have furniture display thereAppreciate that. |

QUOTE(PPZ @ Dec 9 2019, 09:08 AM) Thanks. It still haven't reached 14 days yet and i not sure if this what you mean in your post. expected on 15th. But from my experience it is credited more than the date expected there lol ![]() Does that mean on 15.12.2019 i will get back my refund and credit it back to the credit card? Since then I prefer using Boost/Maybank QR Pay. Got cashback some more and transaction fee is lower than CC |

QUOTE(ycs @ Dec 17 2019, 10:58 AM) Nope nope. I think because recently I accessed their website using VPN haha. Maybe they detected buying from multiple countries. So you guys can avoid accessing Taobao using VPN else your account end up like me. I have to sign up once again. This post has been edited by fuzzywuzzy13: Dec 17 2019, 11:23 AM |

QUOTE(sno0py @ Dec 26 2019, 09:37 PM) Other than buymall and ezbuy, can you guys recommend me any third party agent? i like to use askmebuy. the rate is quite low compare to others and i can choose which courier provider i want for shipping. they will also give option do i want to repack shipment from box to parcel bag after consolidation. so far the only downside of askmebuy is their top up using online transfer. no online banking or any ewallet which i can take advantage of. i tried ezbuy, but the shipping fee is high compared to askmebuy. i have also once ask for refund due to they missing send one item, very fast refund to credit.P/s I can’t read chinese |

QUOTE(cofin @ Jan 13 2020, 11:54 AM) recently i try ezbuy .....walauwei yes super expensive. hence why i'm sticking with askmebuy for 3rd party. usually with askmebuy the shipping costs me ard 13++, ezbuy charged me rm25 not including their service charge. gila the difference. The shipping fee was just to extreme expensive I bought 2 wooden stool .....it cost me RM500 for shipping I need to pay for it anyhow since its already in their warehouse I remember i use taobao own forwarder warehouse it only cost RM300+ First and last for me on ezbuy |

QUOTE(leezhijiang @ Mar 8 2020, 11:42 AM) Yes, I do facing the same issue. In fact if you note your tracking number. How to check if it is already exceeded the shipping period? Mine still no update since 2/3. HaihBy using for loop to increment the last digit of your tracking number by 1 for 10,000 times Then call the API for DEXI tracking for all the tracking numbers You will notice some of the parcel that consolidate later than you already arrived in the country, whereas yours still waiting for flight. Mine already exceeded the promised shipping period, therefore I will make a dispute for late compensation |

QUOTE(melcurious @ Mar 10 2020, 10:41 PM) Just another forwarder agent. Nothing special. The prices are also about the same comparatively among the competitors. But one thing I don't like is the chargeable weight of volumetric weight and actual weight whichever is higher. Lot of forwarder agents especially run by China nationality are using the formulae volumetric weight - actual weight <= 20 or 30 kg then only volumetric weight is chargeable. I see no reason to let this company to chop the wallet for air shipment. i thought all courier service will compare volume and actual weight? cos sometimes my parcel also light, but the boxes size is big. |
