I am a newbie for Taobao shopping here and recently i bought a headphone and the seller told me that they are not shipping to malaysia and i proceed for refund. As i am not good in mandarin, i use google translate to do the translation.

The refund process has been done and today i realised that my credit card got charged and i proceed to ask the seller why this is happening and the seller confirmed that they have approved the refund.

So my question is since the refund has been approved, will it refund it to my credit card or refund to where?

My next question will be since i failed to buy taobao items directly from them, i noticed someone mentioned here we could use 3rd party to buy their stuff. Any good 3rd parties to recommend?

I bought 2 wooden stool .....it cost me RM500 for shipping

I need to pay for it anyhow since its already in their warehouse

Yes, I do facing the same issue. In fact if you note your tracking number.

By using for loop to increment the last digit of your tracking number by 1 for 10,000 times

Then call the API for DEXI tracking for all the tracking numbers

You will notice some of the parcel that consolidate later than you already arrived in the country, whereas yours still waiting for flight.

Mine already exceeded the promised shipping period, therefore I will make a dispute for late compensation

Just another forwarder agent. Nothing special. The prices are also about the same comparatively among the competitors. But one thing I don't like is the chargeable weight of volumetric weight and actual weight whichever is higher. Lot of forwarder agents especially run by China nationality are using the formulae volumetric weight - actual weight <= 20 or 30 kg  then only volumetric weight is chargeable.  I see no reason to let this company to chop the wallet for air shipment.
