Custom cleared since 15 October. My parcel still yet to be received. Gdex claimed they havent receive the parcel yet Anybody encounter this before? |

6 days already still stuck at “airline security cleared”.
Is this normal? Usually it only takes 1-3 days. Attached thumbnail(s)

Console inbound scan since 16 June. No update since then.

parcel arrived warehouse on the 24th October. till today still not processed by warehouse yet. anyone facing the same issue?
