How do you know ship will delay? I have item sending using dex-i shipping,depart from china port on 4july, still no update.previous item just take 7days from china port to malaysia port.

I dont know how to contact forwarder, order directly from taobao,they send using sea shipping dex-i because the tracking no can track on dex-i website.never encounter like this before, longest sea shipment from previous order just 17days to reach me from order placed.im buying more 10times/month from taobao started this early year.hehe.but this time, 4 of my parcel take a month already.

I've paid the fee and received the item already. Shipping is by default Taobao official shipping arrangement, in my case it was Zhongtong, tracking at Dex-i, How do I choose the courier company in 官方物流?

About choosing courier company, you can ask seller 1st before making payment.but below 20kg they dont charge warehouse fee.
