Taobao Global Direct Shipping - experiences?, The good and the bad

Guys,
Need some help - I've ordered a few things from taobao. recently and so far no movement since then. I see the tracking info shows [KEX] - would that be KEX express?  Have tried checking with KEX but they say they do not have any such parcel - can't seem the find the KEX tracking ID anywhere. It's been 6 days since that status but not moving. |
