i have a question. lets say i bot 4 items, 3 items have reached warehouse and 1 item still on the way. when i tracked it i found the seller had switched to another courrier service which has not reflected in their current tracking status.
do i need to inform the warehouse that one of the item was delivered by another courrier service d? if so how do i contact them? direct call warehouse? by the way im using taobao direct shipping. first time buyer here. thanks
