Anybody have Alipay account? I need a refund from Lazada’s LEL 转运服务. Sea Shipment was damaged so gdex couldn’t deliver to me. Now LEL wants to refund me but I don’t have an Alipay account.

A seller is offering me to buy their product right now, and when 11.11 comes, they will refund the price difference to me.

They say it will be credited back to the method I make payment to them. Which in my case is Malaysia CC...

But they cannot assure me that the refund will be 100% successful if it is a oversea CC. But to Alipay is definitely no problem...
So what is the procedures to follow to allow us to tie our Malaysia bank account with Alipay?

I already have Alipay account, it comes with when I register my taobao account.

But I don't see any option for me to add my Malaysia banking details.

Btw, can we transfer those money in Alipay back to our Malaysia bank, in case seller decided to refund to Alipay?

Between paying with online local bank and CC, what is the advantages by paying with Alipay? No service charge?

The last time I dealt with a seller directly for refund because items sent wrongly. The seller wanted to refund through Alipay Zhifubao QR code. But I was not able to receive the money because i was not a "certified" alipay account. I also tried another refund before through the official taobao channel to 退款. This method allows me to receive the refund because they have some internal system to refund back to me..

anyone using  Lazada（海运) or lazada sea shipping ? my items status stuck at custom clearance success since 17/11

long time ago I already registered a Taobao account but now I realized I think I signed up using phone number and not email. I cant find any emails from taobao and it says I do not have any mailbox. I cant seem to add an email now....or I dont know how

Second question is do I need to also register for Alipay?

Guys anyone here come across this kind of problem where taobao update stuck at the highlighted line in below image, but when ask customer service said that parcel already pass customs and currently shipping to malaysia ( i use sea shipping therefore my parcel already in the ship sailing to malaysia now as per CS reply). Shouldn't taobao update the status when the parcel pass customs before the parcel go for sea shipping cause i saw many other who post their parcel status had those line when parcel goes for customs clearance and passed clearance.

Hey guys, bought from taobao for the first time 2 days ago and my item will be delivered using sea freight. My tracking detail stuck at the same phase for more than a day (pic below), should i be worry? This is my first time buying an item from taobao and apparently if its delivered via sea freight it might take more than a month. Also the sea freight company is cainiao, may i know are they good or nay?

Guyssss its my first time buy something from taobao and im using a sea shipping. I recently brought a headset (Electronic stuff) from there and sea shipped to West Malaysia. May i know how much longer do i need to wait base on my tracking status? And how many custom do i need to cross? Why is it still under dex??

I need to provide passport, china address and occupation. I have passport but i dont live nor work in china. What should i fill on those column?

Anyone knows any solution? Right now I had to use buy for me service but there's always extra 1-2 days waiting time and i really kind of need all my stuff fast.

Hello, everyone. I bought a yoga mat (mat length and width is about 80cm & 183cm, so I figured the box must be about 90cm in height (?). No too sure on the width of the packaging since the mat will  be rolled up). But the seller contact me saying that the shipping company requires extra payment before they can process my item in the warehouse. I guess that's because my parcel is too big? I'm not entirely sure.

But it seems shady to me that the shipping company's worker is asking me to resolve this in their WeChat account. They asked me to pay an extra 135RMB for air shipping / 40RMB for shipping by sea.

I wonder is others have such experience? & how should I go about this?

And just a note, I'm new to this taobao game. So I would appreciate your help!
