did you track your sea shipping at taobao? mine not update at all but when ask cs they say its on the ship

just contact them said still in custom clearance and the Local delivery is gdex

agree with you 2 day ago show only clearance from china suddenly today in malaysia kastam oredy

its Gdex but you need to wait once gdex collect the item first after that you can track if you track before that only you only will get INVALID CN status

hi they are in holiday mode i think tomorrow start work mid autumn festival if im not wrong

lazada sea shipping is gdex

they give your tracking etc

you can track it with gdex once arrive malaysia

fastest i get 3 weeks slowest around 4-5 weeks and if you need real time tracking just contact the cs they will give latest one because the system update is really slow sometime they delay 3-5 day for the tracking

yeah regarding sea shipping just need to wait sometime they not update it but the item is moving

yeah looks like they trying to improve the service to make sure seller use the correct detail
