Update to my previous case that I have send back value of RM250 clothes back into China have been successful. And now waiting for Alipay refunding back to me.

Never try before, but this method might works (theorically)
1. Depend whether seller want you to ship back or not (nego with seller)
2. If no proceed below, if Yes, please ship back and do your own math see which more worthy by calculating the shipping cost or just buy a new one. (shipping back to China IS NOT CHEAP!)
3. So how they gonna ship you when you are using forwarding? well, simple. talk to seller, and explain your situation to him (fingercross he understand, as most seller do not aware taobao does ship oversea by using forwarding)
So ask them like this method, I click the same items into my cart, ask them set to 0.01Yuan, pay it and send to your forwarding as usual method. of course when they took back your faulty product first.

Usually I return my products under free return policy periods, lets say I change my mind after my product reach my forwarding warehouse. I select send back or refund.

So this is my 1st time experience, return the product from Malaysia back into China and the seller does refund back to me. What a amazing experience. From I place the order and I received in Malaysia tooks around 7days, and sending back to him took another 2 weeks. And money from Taobao refund back into my Alipay tooks another 1 weeks. IT DOES NOT STOP HERE. Alipay verify my amount and waiting my Credit Card bank to go through that gonna take 1 more weeks. My CC bank just verify the amount 3 days ago, and now I need another 3 weeks (ETA shown in the Alipay dashboard) before the amount show in my statement/account. doh.gif

That's a nice idea with seller changing the price of item in the cart. Didn't know they can adjust the price some more in the cart.
At least now don't have to go to all trouble to deal with warehouse etc.

it won't reveal the final price until you checkout.

For example it show 100RMB in your cart, but when check out, it can show up 80RMB (lets say assume seller discount you 20RMB or you use specific Voucher given by seller)

Also, seller also can set you as their Tier A or B or C return buyer as there are automatic system detect how much money you spend on specific seller. So lets say Tier C get 5% discount if the return buyer buy more than 1000RMB in the past using the same account. I found out this when I tumpang my friend account buy the same things and found how come use my account are more cheaper than him, then only realize that I spend a lot on the same seller.

Also, there are also a way to cheat the system give you some exclusive "Mobile/Apps Only" price. Is use your smartphone put into cart and check out on PC.
For example, PC Price is 100RMB, go to Apps it will automatically show 80RMB, put into cart, go back into your PC web version, it remain in 80RMB even when you check out.

tell them to re-ship the missing parcel OR re-locate where is the parcels in their warehouse

Also, you need to communicate to the seller to verify the parcel, see whether have been signed/delivered to your forwarding warehouse or not.

I have 1 parcel left in the warehouse that they left out to send, now they try to resend to me again. Another 2nd parcel was delivered&signed by forwarding warehouse but, they couldn't locate it due to seller (this is seller fault) didn't include the tracking number provide to the forwarding warehouse. So forwarding have no idea that parcels is for who. But the 2nd parcel also resolved as I manage to get the tracking number from seller and provide to forwarding customers support, and she help me to update my system info and try to re-ship to me.

All the while for the past 4year, I was using the 4PX (local WestMalaysia they use Airpak), this need manually to select pack and ship (and then pay again).
(all the while I was using www.taobao.com)

Then recently, I try (global.taobao.com), they have a more simplier method to do this(they even pack and ship when all stock arrived and final price inclusive during 1st time check out). There is no other option to select which consolidator, if I'm not mistaken, the default are Dex, and local here is using SkyNet.

1) all the while I only use official forwarder. (if you browse on Global.Taobao.com, unless you use www.Taobao.com which allow you to use 3rd Party One (but Taobao also endosed them), also there are also some other 3rd Party not endosed by Taobao)

2) As long you use official one, the official forwarder will get the order on their system, whether the parcel they received or not is depend on seller got provide the tracking or not. Just like my previous case, order already, but forever shown on the system pending shipping, because seller got ship to my forwarder warehouse (forwarder will sign anything whatever they got it) but seller failed at providing the tracking to my forwarder, so they don't know they already signed the stuff which in fact belongs to me.

3) if 3rd party shipping, you need to manually select which and what to send and then pay again. Unlike official one that do all the jobs for you without you to worry anything (if touchwood nothing bad happen). But if you ask me, if you are really can read Chinese and tech savvy enough, use 3rd party are better, because they do re-pack, and cheaper, and you can know which already signed/received or pending or missing or change of mind return back to seller (which still inside China) and more reason!

I'm using 3rd Party shipping very long time already, very simple to use.

Meanwhile, my 2nd batch purchase got screw up again. last batch got 2 left out of 5 items. Now I got 1 left out out of 11 items. Whats wrong with the Official forwarding. doh.gif

global.Taobao.com only use COE, I bought 5-6 times already, every-time the tracking they gave me in China are coming from COE International and in Malaysia they use Skynet to ship to me.

If you want to use DEX, you need to use the original China website, www.Taobao.com. Even you use Apps on Android also got 2 right? One is Global, one is Standard Taobao.
