Hi Maxis,

How can I switch to 4G LTE with new device which support 4G network? Do I need to replace a new SIM card?

Hi,

If your SIM card is 64k and above, it is already LTE-enabled. You may check behind your physical SIM card. Also, kindly note that to enjoy LTE browsing speeds, you will need to subscribe to a minimum data plan of 1GB.

Thank you.
