QUOTE(winkiedilwy @ Sep 11 2015, 09:52 AM) i guess this time won't worry about band issues at they only have 2 types... but then again warranty wise is vary depending on which Apple Authorized service centers, not all willing to accept overseas set for warranty they should have made it same like iPad can accept international warranty QUOTE(buyoq @ Sep 11 2015, 10:03 AM) then we will see headline in lyn and soyacincau reporting people paid 7-9k for the iphone |

QUOTE(Arvinaaaaa @ Sep 11 2015, 03:09 PM) http://www.lowyat.net/2015/74526/compariso...st-in-malaysia/ i would say roughly RM100 cheaper than the predicted price, but we never know as the ringgit keep on depreciating like diarrhea who knows might be more expensive than the predicted price. 16GB iPhone 6s – RM3,199 64GB iPhone 6s – RM3,699 128GB iPhone 6s – RM4,199 16GB iPhone 6s Plus – RM3,699 64GB iPhone 6s Plus – RM4,199 128GB iPhone 6s Plus – RM4,699 LOWYAT price prediction for the iphone 6s i would say the price is still ok, and under my budget as its close to many other countries worldwide seriously cannot survive if buy off contract, how also have to buy with plan |

QUOTE(Boykidz93 @ Sep 14 2015, 06:49 PM) for the 3D touch, people might think they don't need it... but end up they cannot leave without it... actually, quoting the late Steve Jobs' word "it just works" really justify why iPhone is still one of the best out there, not THE BEST but ONE OF the best.... When they introducing Touch ID, iPhone 5 user said its just a touch ID, i can use passcode to unlock, so why upgrade? But once you used the 5S, you feeling weird when you want to unlock your iPad Air using passcode... For the SIRI, yeah its nothing really make you WOW, but its help me to make a call to my mom or my gf when i were driving.... 3D touch, i haven't use it, so i have no comment, but i am sure.... end up without 3D touch, you feel like lacking of something... ops, people may labels me as iFags, but its okay, i am proud of it in terms of ifag vs androidfags, at the end of the day, consumer wins, cause they fight each other so hard to make out specs that satisfy consumer needs. sure, people might say now apple is not innovative anymore and just copying stuffs from android: apple pencil.. from s'cough' pen, ipad pro keyboard, from sur'cough'face 'cough' pro and so on, consumer still buy their products, why? because its their branding, image, aside from that, its their reliability for their customer feedback and support, (well i can't say much for msia lah cuase our 'tidak apa' attitude still there even with switch or machines employees. anyway back to the 6s, the only 2 factor that drives me enough to change it is the 2GB of ram, and also series 7000 aluminum body. why the 2gb ram is worth? for those who use apple computers or long time ios use, usually for them they fully utilize the hardware with software, now with the extra gb of bump, i'm sure there will be lesser crash in safari refresh, and no problem of apps running in the background needing us to constantly smashing the home button to close the apps one by one that frequently. as for the body itself, at least now with the 6s plus i'm getting i can just slap on a super thin tpu case and not worry about it bending it in my pocket. i am now using a hard hybrid case and yet from time to time i take my phone out to check whether it bends or not. the price? for sure i cannot fork out more than 4k for a phone itself, so i will go with maxis zerolution, or sell off my 6 plus and still get a 2k minimum so i don't have to fork out that much when i sign the ivalue 12 months plan later. so yeah, this justifies my reasoning of insisting with iphone even the price is crazy expensive. and no i'm no ifag, i'm android user as well just bought the note 5 few days ago, basically whatever phone that has good functions and sexy looks, i get it. just my 2 cents. |

QUOTE(DeepMemory @ Sep 15 2015, 08:20 AM) Planning to get the iPhone 6s 64GB version in Australia on October 18 in Perth. I choose the 64GB version because after conversion is around RM3.7K while the 16GB version starts at RM3.1k. WIll there be any restriction to bring in the phone to Malaysia since this is just a short trip. no restrictions, you can even get tax refund from them. just ask for tax refund when you check out at the store they will help you set up, then collect the tax fund from the airport before departure |
