sorry to ask a question that might be out of topic, since ip6 and 6+ thread is not so active so i'll ask here. I plan to get a 6S but I've never used an iphone b4, currently on HTC One M8.

since ip6 and 6S battery life should be similar, just wan to ask whether it can last a day of mixed usage or not? I don't mind charging phone every day and leave it overnite in socket, but I just cannot tahan charge it twice a day bcoz it means troublesome to me. No gaming at all and I'll turn mobile data whole day long for chat and web surfing.

Erm, sometimes can sometimes no... How frequent you chat? Every minutes also chat? If that case only 6 hours usage... If you chat like a moment, a moment, then can last one day.... If you want 100% guarantee battery life, get 6s plus

yes you can turn on mobile and wifi whole day... different from android where you need turn it off.... anyway... just get a power bank to be sure you want last whole day max usage (waze / chating /browsing non stop)

with no gaming, only chatting and surfing and general use, i don't think u will have much trouble running it a full day.
i keep BT and 3g on, background refresh for select apps, email, chat and calls, no trouble with the battery.
with iOS 9 now, u can turn on low power mode and get extra juice to have a couple more hours of use.

The most annoying part of low power mode is the 30 seconds screen off. However the ios9 battery really improved alot

Not frequent chat la, maybe reply message around every hour interval. I saw big diff from 6+ with 6 in term of battery life, tempted to get 6S+ but screen size too large and cannot fit my pocket.

ok maybe i will get another lightning cable for my powerbank instead of carrying the only one from the box with me all the time
