 [SOLVED] Maxis Fibre No Internet Connection, No connection after reset, restart.

As mentioned above, My maxis fibre is not able to connect to the internet. I accidentally clicked on update my maxis gateway by curious and ended up no internet connection. Been through maxis forum and applied the solution as below but all ain't working

Condition:
- Account is not banned
- LAN 2 to WAN confirmed
- No light on INTERNET from the router
- mInternet is not able to connect

MAJOR PROBLEM:
- unable to connect to the mInternet
- Concentrator not reachable

TRIED METHOD 1:
Restart Modem + Router

TRIED METHOD 2:
Reset Modem + Router

TRIED METHOD 3:
Managed Maxis Gateway but still unable to connect to mInternet
Username -> 192303@home.maxis.com.my
Password -> +1


SOLUTION:
set TM in maxis gateway when setting up (by default is maxis)
