Users have complained that flavour is lacking. I don't think it comes with a rebuildable (RBA) kit so you would have to keep on buying replacement coils as they wear out.
If you're new at this, most of the vapers here would suggest you get a Kanger Subtank Mini. It comes with prebuilt coils & RBA kit.
I would suggest you get the UD Goliath V2. Its a superior tank. Has juice control. Single or dual coil option with the RBA kit or you can just buy the prebuilt replacement coils.

Got a single nickel coil on mine. Its my economy mode tank. Medium clouds & flavor. Good for mouth to lung. Using a drip tip with small inner bore to enhance flavor. Draw is a bit tight. Does its job to deliver nicotine with low juice consumption.
Have my Zephyrus & Goblin 1.2 for loose draw/clouds. With high juice consumption of course.

Edit: Just rebuilt & rewicked. I'm actually very happy with the flavor and clouds. Bonus is the lower juice consumption of single coil.

Put it in the freezer for a while then try to unscrew it.

I presume you're using Kanthal. The D2 doesn't step down in 'power mode'. So even if you set it at 7w or 14w, it'll fire way higher.
The workaround is to change it to 'Joules' mode. It'll then fire on lower watts.

Nubis mah foot! Anyway cotton as normal, too much slows the wicking. The important thing is not to stuff too much cotton into the juice channel. Cotton expands when wet, so too much cotton into the juice channel will choke it. Just a tiny bit at the top of the juice channel will do.

Just the top will do. Very thinly.

Have fun & don't lose the refill screw cos there's no spares. Also if you want, buy the Goblin Mini bellcap. Makes it easier to disassemble. Only USD1.99/pc from Fasttech but RM30 at the local vape shop I asked.

What firmware version is yours? Is it the Yihi SX130H V3.0? The V3.0 is the latest and I'm just wondering if the local vendors already have it.
I have the D2 already and I'm waiting for the silver colour to buy my second one.

Btw, press the fire button as you insert the battery for the firmware version to show on the screen.

Haha.. I'm in Penang as well. Bloody shop wanted RM10 for 6pcs. Whats worse is that if I had said yes, he would've just taken the 6 pcs out of the Muji bag and handed it over. No plastic bag provided!

Get a big box of dental cotton from ebay or Amazon then. In the long run its gonna be cheaper than buying 'Cotton Bacon'.

Haha.... There are other worse local juice coil gunkers. Six hours and flavor and vapor goes down. By the next day, TC stops working cos the coils are completely coated in gunk.

If you're just looking for clouds the Velocity will be fine. Flavour is gonna be a different story. Because the chamber is so big you might need very low resistance coils and high wattage.
The Stumpy is gonna be a lot easier to get flavour & clouds. Building a coil on it is super easy.
