For rumah mampu milik 300k u need at least household income 5k above with no other commitment and with cash upfront 3k - 10% DP and 6k for loan document. Further now bank not easy and not willing to give loan so lagi teruk to get buyer.
which mean those can buy rumah mampu milik is mid - high income range  and not low income range.

yes i got your point, but RM15k for booking fees really?? we should know this is under RUMAWIP not some other freehold luxury residential projects. this project purposely for lower income household. how many lower income people have RM15k in their saving account? & application only open for 2 weeks. u think those eligible people can fork out such amount of money within period? yes im eligible for this project but i dont have RM15k in my saving account.
