I was waiting for this Kepong Mas 2 as well, at the end in another thread see Enesta RumahWIP still got units available. Then i go apply in web site and call developer, surprisingly there is one candidate loan reject and i being selected for balloting session.
Finally i get a unit i want and loan also approved now.
All the above talking about less than 1 month time...
Lolx... don't waste too much time just waiting for it...

I apply through rumaw1p.. just saw the surat berjaya tapisan today. No email notification or whatsoever. Just saw the surat berjaya tapisan. Wonder if this still valid. Haha. Could anyone tell me?

Hi guys, if i were to invest in Rumawip, does it give high return in the future as rumawip are priced below market price especially kepong area.

Really? But since it is a RUMAWIP. Did government impose ceiling price on those properties ? If there is no government intervention, it should be a good investment say if I were to buy in RUMAWIP in kepong as prices are 30% lower than those that built by private sector.

Correct me if I’m wrong.

yes, 300k max for rumawip, and you cant sell it within 10 years, however, no clause in SNP stated that you cannot rent out.

Is rumawip really worth it? if kepongmas, yes, coz it price at 200k.

For other rumahwip price at 300k, especially those 800sqft, you can top up a bit to get a 900 sqft condo with 2 parking, with full condo facilities.
