Thats why before First Balloting, there is alot buyers registered at rumawip website and dint get any inform, alot from there missed their chance... they tot registered at there then consider successful without go through us to pay deposit.

If rejected by DBKL, the deposit is refundable of course, developer have no right to forfeit it or burn it...

of course this is only for those Mas Mas Mas project, (same developer) ...

lets say like Enestar Kepong RM300k, that one heard that developer dint appoint any marketing team, so buyers have to refer back to developer...
As what i heard is, there is alots of problem due to no marketing to assist on those buyer. There is one Peguam Sumpah at Kepong called me to asked about rumawip. and told a long story to me regarding alot buyers of Enesta, after ballot get unit they dont know what to do because there is no agent to assist and follow up like Kepongmas, and those buyer just asked the peguam akuan sumpah, but the peguam dint know anything... so he also pening, become a tranlator or agent for the Enestar... When there is no agent to assist, the developer have to make sure that their staff is enough to handle it, thats why for Mas Mas Mas project, developer have selected marketing team assist them...
Remarks: Only selected exclusive agency marketing team, not open to all agency... and all deposit cheque is issue on Developer name, and dont need to pay any fees to the agent.
