That why I said, the ppr flat project is nearby the jinjang selantan & kepongmas is near metropolitan park.
Flat selling 42k + 36kfor agent under table =78k. Booking is 7.8k.
kepong mas is selling 188k booking is 15k
2 totally different project but this yee poh ping purposely to confused people to make everyone think both are same. What is he intention.
No wonder till now more that 20yr service in kepong still cant win kepong people heart. Pity..

Yes, thats totally different thing. If see clearly will know that...

He is doing something, or we called it "small act" try to get somebody attention on him...

Honestly, his this act and news already made alot people that wish to buy but missed out the chance.

The Malaysian Insider previously reported Kepong residents’ claims that they had been conned into paying a fee to dubious middlemen and estate agents to secure units at the PPR project near the Jinjang Utara Longhouses.

Yee had said that 15 residents had paid the fee.

“These middlemen claim to have connections in the Housing and Local Government Ministry (KPKT) as well as City Hall. In the ads they distribute in Kepong, they say that each unit costs RM88,000,” he said, adding that checks with City Hall had since proved that the ads were false.

He said that the Federal Territories Ministry and City Hall needed to be transparent with application procedures for affordable housing to prevent estate agents from taking advantage of house buyers.

“There are agents who are asking house buyers to pay RM15,000 up front if they want to purchase a unit. Why should they pay when they can do it for free online?” he said in regards to the development of affordable high-rise apartments in Taman Metropolitan, Kepong.

Yee said both the Federal Territories Ministry and City Hall needed to explain why agents were asking for RM15,000. He also urged them to come up with a better application process.

“Agents from the developer are supposed to help the buyer with the application to buy a house and to check if the buyer meets the requirements. City Hall will draw lots to determine who will get to the units,” he said.

Yee said it was not fair of them to ask for payment as not all could afford to pay RM15,000 and there was the question of whether  went to those who paid.

“I went there to check myself. They give you the form to fill, but you need to pay the RM15,000 or they won’t help you. They say the money will be used in the downpayment if the application is successful and if it is not, it will be refunded. But when will they make the refund?” he said.

Yong Pao Foot, 49, said he was confused as to why the agents were asking for upfront payment of RM15,000 for affordable housing.

“I was interested but when they said that in order for me to apply, I would need to pay RM15,000 first, I was shocked. I thought the project was by City Hall and they would be drawing lots for it,” he said.

Yong said he decided not to pay in the end.

“I will just go online to apply. I think it is not fair if they are drawing lots to ask for RM15,000. Some of us will have trouble coming up with the money. Isn’t affordable housing about helping those who cannot afford houses elsewhere?” he said. – September 28, 2015.

It is depend whether u believe it or not.
Let the story move on, let see those who paid 15k can get invite for balloting section or not. For me I believe it coz the previous 2 projects pandanmas 1&2 are proven. Same developer. This time the booking is pay to developer, I really cant see wat this uncle auntie bro sis takut apa. Just like u buying a normal property ur booking still pay to developer. For that no one takut but this runah mampu takut pulah pay booking to developer. Really funny.....

for bumi actually can go through DBKL coz less competition n don need to pay 15k at this time but u still need prepare the 10% down payment when u get invite for balloting unit section.
for non bumi go through DBKL u are needed to compete withall non bumi.
Just a sharing if u cant even prepare a 10% down payment at this time means u are not ready get yourself to own a property. Nowaday bank no easy to geive loan.
RUMAH MAMPU MILIK is not RUMAH SENANG MILIK OR PPR FLAT.

I heard that they will bank in the 15k today , but I though after success only bank in . Why bank in before even knw will success to get a unit annot ?

That's why I don't understand why need to bank in 1st and if failed will get back their cheque within 1 month . Since haven't confirm can get ,why wan to bank in 1st

In early already mention all those criteria u hav yo fulfill prior placing booking.
if u already know u are not qualify will still place booking?
Developer side sure can assure that u fulfill those criteria can get a invite to ballot uniy.
if u tipu thats ur personal problem. Blame who.

u buying normal project developer still bank in ur booking wat.
Whats the problem if u keen to buy n u fulfill those criteria.
Unless u main main shj.

Since u say like that , means fulfill criteria and pay the 15k means 100% confirm can get ? If buy normal project I pay deposit I will receive official receipt from developer and the problem is I dint receive any official receipt till now . Btw, normal project if developer bank in my cheque means I 100% confirm get ady not MAYBE

U paid cheque or cash.
if u paid cash u are stupid. If u paid cheque every thing will hav record. From which account to which account.
u are paying to developer if u don happy u can go sue that company. All approved development project that company hav to put a insurance bond to KPKT n local authorities.

Next time jangan believe 100% agent word. I don think got developer get cheque and don't bank in one.
As I said they bank ur cheque u don need takut la. Got bank record payee n payer that already is official receipt.
Future if agent said won bank in u write them post cheque ma.
And u not happy ma call bamk block cheque la. Only cost u RM 10 nia.
