i am paying older maxis fiber 10M plan with rm168monthly. Due to loyalty, i subscribe to maxis one plan with discount of rm20, thus paying only rm148/mth for fiber 10M.
the contract is 2yrs 3months old and counting. me paying
Today, fiber 10M is only rm148-20=rm128/mth. I asked call center and were directed to service center when request to update this package.
Tonight, i went maxis center in AEON jusco in Alma, penang to get help. The maxis agent/incharge told me it cannot be done, they are asking center and will call back...
my question-
1) why is the system not synchronize??
2) why maxis center cannot update and need to ask another "center"??
3) why call center asked to visit maxis center but the problem cannot be fixed?
4) who can backdate this problem? i hv been paying more for 3mths now. when seeking for help, maxis seems to be pushing my questions around... callcenter --> maxis center --> center --> call back???
pls help look at this, i am really confused by the process and service given by maxis "who is the ONE"
my phone is 012-4998859. i have my fiber account attached to this maxis one plan.
