Besides, iPhone 6+ to me is still a solid phone as my daily drive now still.

just finished deleting all photos/videos on my iPhone. around 2.5 years time, my 64gb iPhone 6+ was already full. and kept on deleting apps to take more photos.

next iPhone x 256gb should last me longer.

I dun think you can just change the glass alone rite? since the iPhone 6+ is using laminated display.

better to send back to apple to repair instead. dun trust outside ah beng shops.

quite reasonable price I would say. just to warn you that 16gb is a joke. it will become your bottleneck super super super super fast.

Yes. As a form of backup also. I backup my full phone to my macbook.

But half a year ago my both iPhone 6+ and se are full. So now I copied out all the photos and videos to portable hardisk and clean up my phone storage so that I can take photos etc again.

besides, I upgraded my iphone se to iOS 11. No obvious difference. Now thinking whether to upgrade my iPhone 6+ or not also.

Yes iPhone se battery drains very fast and it degrades equally fast too.

using iOS 10.3.3 on my iPhone 6 Plus. not going to upgrade the iOS. 😇

yup, if the feedback from you guys are good. maybe I will consider to update. Currently iOS 10 is damn smooth for my iPhone 6+.

My iPhone 6 plus the aspect ratio is still a more comfortable ratio comparing to my iPhone X.

I believe a lot of iPhone 6/6+ will upgrade to the new iphone? Since it is 4 years old now.

time to consider Xs Max or XR.

my iphone 6 plus is still ok because i am on still ios 10. so far so good.

iOS 11 i think it is the cause of the problem. personally my experience on ios 11 is not good comparing to ios 10.

but i think ios 12 should help.

wait til ios 12 you can see if it improves the user experience for iphone 6+.

normally S series of iphone like 5s, 6s etc. the performance improvement to non-S one is quite significant.

Not only iPhone 6, I have iPhone X and SE both upgraded to iOS 12 but I cannot see the measure app icon on home screen but funny thing is if I do a search I can find it.

Officially switched back to iPhone 6+ 64gb from my iPhone SE 64gb now.

Both changed batteries under the current promo at Apple.

Still prefer a bigger screen for gaming and light web surfing.

Will keep SE for spare.

One thing also is that it is likely for iPhone 6+ to get one more iOS upgrade next year. It also means the phone will need to retire soon. So fully utilise it before I change to the latest iPhone next year. Hahaha.

Surprisingly, even I am using iPhone X as my primary phone. The 6+ is still very capable phone. If does. Of feel slow at all.

yes. very impressive. average life span for an iPhone is 5 years becos the processor on iPhone is just too powerful. Maybe the high quality products of Apple made the sales of new iPhones poorer. 😜

one reason why apple up the price across all of the lines of products was also due to the fact of the decline in sale figures for all the products recently.

the only prob is probably the limitation of the 1gb ram in it. else the rest of it is totally fine.

No. Still on iOS 10. Perfectly smooth and fine. Won’t upgrade iOS for new phone.

iPhone 6 Plus has only 1gb ram thus it is short for the modern games that we can play today.

Compare the lifespan to the money paid. It is worth every single cent.

If one really has no high req on smart phone, the iPhone 6 Plus can still easily be used for anther 2 to 3 years.

In fact, I can still see many uses it today.

I think iOS 13 will be the last possible ios?
Even it is last, it is not bad already since it will be 5 years old next year.

Yes. Very impressive already. Given a 5 years old can still get os upgrade. It is something cannot he found in any android phones. 😜
