Background
I been single my whole life. Had 2 girls I liked in my life (1 during school, and 1 during college) but when I tryed I got rejected cause they both were taken. Had a girl propose to me before took me to a date once and she never called back. That further sank my heart and made me feel lonely. Really wanted a girlfriend during college but my college only 1% population was girls, and class only got 2 girls, 2.5 years passed me being single wanting a girl.

Now after college I'm just at home... I tried Okcupid for 1 year+ but when it comes to meeting in person the girls just cabut. Same shit on Tinder swipe until my hand also pain edy. It's just pointless, nobody is serious. My workplace also just 5 employees all guys.
I just cannot tahan being like this lar anymore. A girl'ess life.
Every-time I ask my friends all they know is booking escorts/prostitutes or going to the GRO clubs and showering money on girls until they get sex.
I tried going to clubs but I realized it's completely useless cause the music is too damn loud to talk anything.
I even bought a car so I can go out at night and meet girls.

Question
I just want to go to a place where I can hit on normal girls. Like how guys in America go to bars and open up girls in bars. Somewhere where single girls looking for mates hang out.
I wanna approach girls, strike a convo, ask them out on dates, and get a sayang. Where can I do this?

I tried approaching girls on bus stops/LRT but they all scared of me and reluctant to talk (yes, I'm this desperate edy). Malaysia too much crime. I live in KL. Pls help me.
