 High ping and constant lag spikes, for the past few days

Dear Maxis,

For the past few days I noticed that I've been having higher pings and lots of packet loss especially at night.

Care to tell me what seems to be the problem?

This is what I experience now!!!!!!

What happen MAXIS?????

1. Restart modem and router
2. Clear PC caches and temp files
3. Restart PC

Now I only able to stream Youtube just in 144p quality only!!!

Maxis home fibre seems to go really slow (down to 1Mbps) when around 8pm until 2am... intermittent. I know it is not my internal LAN (I'm wired directly to my router).

Yeah I noticed that too. It's perfectly fine when I got up around 6am. But when at night it's slower. Only been happening recently though, it's been good before this even at night.

Maxis. any updates on this issue?

The rectification work still in progress wherein difficulties in browsing at the time period (8pm to 2am). We apologize for such experience again.

Hi Maxis,

Are you guys doing some sort of QoS congestion controls? It's still happening occasionally for me and not just 8pm to 2am now. Even in the morning like 8am to evening.

Connection to 103.4.115.248 has frequent lag spikes. It's the East Australian servers for the game World of Warcraft.

It's still happening though as of now. Recurring lag spikes once in a few minutes.

same issue high ping connecting to SG server (valve/pathofexile) , always high latency starting from 6pm onwards.. why maxis?

Any idea when will this issue be resolves. This is horrible!! Get back from work thinking I can get some game time but your line is bloody horrible since last Thursday
