Is Maxis doing the QoS control?
I am using 10mbps,but I can't multitask(like gaming and listening to online music) with this internet service....

What you gave to Maxis is a waste of time actually.For me,I have been facin to slow browsing issues, high ping when gaming,QoS been cut down seriously and sometimes the internet totally down.All this problem is exists for 5 months and still go on.Guys,look it is 5 months,not 5 days.I wonder what takes them 5 month to investigate and until now,they haven't give me an exact answer for my problem. Somehow,they started ignore my message since last week.

I have reported this issue about 4 weeks.
Nothing improve.They only keep telling me rest assured.How can I rest assured when I got this kind of internet service?

Well,I have reported this issue at that website last month.They are even worst, not even contact to me ask for update.Guys we don't have to waste our time to fill the form,they will not do anything also.Remember,we are living in Malaysia. And that's the reason.
