My VOIP hasn't been working seen last week, I have no overdue bills or anything (Maxis Acc number 1895113163). Would like a response from Maxis on what is the problem and how long before its fixed.

Is there anything I can do to get the VOIP telephony registered? http://192.168.1.254 keeps telling me its unregistered no matter what I do.
