Hi Failed JJ,Have you tried to re-register your VOIP? You may try the steps given below.
Go to your modem page at 192.168.1.254
Click Toolbox > Telephony > configure > Edit
Key in the details as below, then press Apply.
SIP URI : VOIP Number (Eg:0322223333)
Username : VOIP Number (Eg:0322223333)
Password : VOIP Number+1
Confirm Password : VOIP Number+1
Display name : <blank>
Abbreviated number: <blank>
Port: All
