 VOIP Not Working

Hi Failed JJ,

Have you tried to re-register your VOIP? You may try the steps given below.

Go to your modem page at 192.168.1.254

Click Toolbox > Telephony > configure > Edit

Key in the details as below, then press Apply.
SIP URI : VOIP Number (Eg:0322223333)
Username : VOIP Number (Eg:0322223333)
Password : VOIP Number+1
Confirm Password : VOIP Number+1
Display name : <blank>
Abbreviated number: <blank>
Port: All

We have detected some technical issue with the VOIP service today and rectification work is completed.
Please try to do power cycle (restart router & modem) & revert to us the status.
