Wanna know about the battery life as well how is the phone goes for just texting and calls??

this model i see gsmarema.......at the gps section no say YES to gps only a.assist and glonass

I already bought the phone, so far good. No lag. About the GPS, I don't use it much, so I don't care..

Windows Phone can use Here maps. Only need data to download the maps (about 200MB for Malaysia). After that use offline.

instead of Waze, you can use Microsoft's built in Bing Maps or Here Maps/Drive. They are a much better map app than Google Maps or Waze.

Since waze was taken over by Google, that stop the support for windows phone

Yup, really kiasu attitude, hope they bring back waze with windows 10 mobile, or someone find a way to sideload it perfectly

Sometimes i'm forced to use my ancient Waze because some locations cannot find on Here drive.

Edit: Just found out I can search a location on Here Maps and from there navigate with Here Drive! Pretty much solved my problem with not finding locations!

How is the experience so far?

I'm currently looking for a cheap Windows Phone as my 3rd phone and as of now I have 430, 532 and 535 in mind but I heard that 535 has problem with the touchscreen.

My 430 so far good.. no / less lag so far. Just waiting for December come so I can update my Lumia to Windows 10 OTA

So far I didn't experience any lag. The reason I said no / less lag is that the possibility of getting lag. But I can assure you, even it a low price and not so hi end phone. It still gave you 1GB of ram. Running WhatsApp is almost smooth as you get from other phone.

That one I'm not using it. Coz I bought this phone for work (Messaging and calls) purpose only...

i used 535 before n after one weeks sold it,cant stand the ghost touch issue...anyway now using 640,love every second of it...rules of thumb,if wana get low end phone,dont pick android,choose windows phone...1gb ram windows phone=2gb android phone.

Actually I'm doing fine with my android phones. Its just that I want to give Windows Phone a try, to see if I like it. For this purpose, I do not plan to invest more for my first Windows Phone since the HP Windows Phone days.

If your target just for calls and messages. Just get your self 430. Like me. The only thing is the screen size. Small.

I tested Lumia 430 on W10M Insider build last month and it runs pretty smoothly.

Was the Win 10 heavier than the current 8.1?

I barely used 8.1 with the 430 so cannot readily compare.

How bout your 730? Is Win 10 feel heavier?

Yeah a bit... it's not something really noticeable as you use W10M. You notice only when you switch back. To be expected anyway, as 8.1 is mature. 10 is baby learning to walk and talk.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I really hope the heavier bit is because of it's level of maturity and not because it is inherently heavier than the Win 8.1.

in fact, all those Lumia rated with 128gb SD card have no theoretical limit... you can add a bigger card if you can find and afford it.

just using 430 for few days, got it during lazada rm129 sales.

wp idle mode is as perfect like ios. battery hardly drop 1 even with such small battery...if android without root 1.... i think battery % already drop at east 2 figure.

and yes is smooth as well. vy hang. this is my 3rd like enter wp. first time is htc radar, then lumia 820, then 430.

i install kuwo and download a lot of music...how can i copy out those song to sd card... plug in to pc but i search the music folder is empty inside.

currently is not my main phone, use it at home only become like mp3 player or radio player.

I turn on the manual setting > then put diginet as APN then save, but cant online with data?

Mine never have problem.. I just slot in my sim card and I good to go..

Try to reset your phone.. not full reset, just setting reset. Then download the phone setting for your lumia from DiGi.
