If you are already updated to the latest using insider preview, no need to update because the released update is the same thing.

This is sometime happens because you have duplicate contacts. Meaning that for one number you have multiple names. Check your contact and make sure one name is assigned to one number.

If you save you contact in Outlook (meaning Windows) you can go to people.live.com. Log in and click the manage->clean up contacts. For google contact also has similar service to manage your contact. Just search the internet.
