Hello guys

I've been to gym few years back and recently I went there quite often because finally meet some friends who have the same goals and all.

So yesterday, I ask my girl to snap a picture of my back and the picture as per below.

My back look bulky as if I have a hunchback. I did ask her to re-snap the picture while I'm standing straight but the results is still the same. cry.gif

Is it look weird to you guys? FYI, I am 167 cm & 66kg. My daily routine would be pull ups and push ups even at home.

And oh, can anyone tell how much my body fat is? Thanks flex.gif

Mind to elaborate more? How does pull up different from lat pull down?

Hunch back or kyphosis is due to weak back and rear delt. If you are unsure whether you have postural issue, spend some money and go to chiropractor for checking. If you really have kyphosis, work more on rear delt and back. Stop training your chest, front delt and traps.

just my experience with buddies in GYM; mostly doing pull ups and less chest exercise, their bodies hunched.

lat pull down, targeted more to lat and lower back development.
