Well for newbies it is always advisable to start trading with demo accounts first.

Treat the money in the demo account as if it is yours then only if will be effective.

Trade at least 3-6 months on demo before going live.

Or not you will just pay 'tuition fees' to the forex market biggrin.gif

You can go to www.northfinance.com and download the Metatrader4 which is free. And trade the demo account.

on trading..what things i should pay more attention or watch out?

u are are more friendly than what i expected...hahaha
cause i had a bad experience in others forum...

Start with trading demo account. Find a method that you can practise and stick to the rules of the trading method (rules that tell you when to buy, when to sell).
Trading is like a game. The goal is to win (profits) but to win, you must play by the rules. Like soccer, if you dont follow the rules, you will get red card and will be ejected from the game (lose). sweat.gif

rclxms.gif ya i take ur advie that always play by the rules...if not...kena red card then FINISHED... blink.gif if fault out then have to show this sign----> icon_question.gif

i try and go through details in babypips yesterday, it really make me more into what is trading...is thumbup.gif

on the other hand... i also get marketiva as my usage, there is a demo account with usd 5k to practice...hehhe.. not starting it yet cause need to know more about it then i will start practice...by the way..is the graph showing in the program have some delaying on showing the growth in the chart?

I got two position stopped out at positive USD - Durable Goods release.

Actually I want to trail one of my position but I'm bit late.Marketiva streamer got abit lagging at that time.Huh!

Oh well..The important thing is its stopped in green smile.gif

Now waiting for USD New Home Sales at 11pm.

if for a newbie to start real trade , how much should i try to put in and see how far am i understand about trade ?

Yes you can trade with that amount. As many forumer have pointed out try paper trading first with marketiva or metatrader.

yes ... i put USD100 to start.. flex.gif a bit scary... but follow the rules u will be fine.. biggrin.gif Rules mean.. read as many techical analysis as posible .. rclxms.gif Be the best!! No average in mind. Serios all the time.. smile.gif if u earn bit by bit.. collect bit by bit.. hmm.gif brows.gif few years later... thumbup.gif anyway still a newbie... but i'm reading techinical analysis almost everyday..Hopefully can improve myself from time to time.. cool2.gif

dont use marketiva
coz their spread is very high even for the major currency E/U
use oanda better
1.5pips spread for E/U
then no lag at news release time

i'm one of the statisfy oanda user

that's mean marketiva and other trading platform have different spread coz off fluctuation in the market..That why we need to know what news that your platform rely on....
