Dear all, I will be joining a gym & this is my first time. My objective would be to lose weight, reduce that fat belly & build better stamina. As i have budget constrain, i cant afford to get a trainer. What would be the best thing to start out first? And how long should i do for each exercise/machine? Your advice is very much appreciated. thank you.
