My Maxis Home Fiber Internet account number is 1570312239. I am experiencing very slow speed for my 20Mbps subscription since yesterday. Called your customer service and was informed that there is an ongoing server upgrade/maintenance but he couldn't confirm when this issue can be resolved. Maxis should have at least put a notification at its website to inform customers (like what TM did for UNIFI). Kindly revert on a timeline that this issue can be fixed. Otherwise, it's only fair that Maxis provides a rebate to affected customers for the period that this problem persist since consumers are paying for something that does commensurate with the subscribed speed.
