hearsay agent discount is different from developer direct booking disc.
somehow mkh already appoint agent, i dun think they will collect booking from buyer direct. |

for my loan i should entitle for 70% margin but hlb cut till 60++%.. according to my SA hlb knows about the rebate so they lower the margin..

This is ridiculous. Should also complaint to MKH management caused these agents appointed by them.
No give up so easily, if not yr fault MKH should do something about it . Eg maybe jump yr name to top of waiting list |
