hearsay agent discount is different from developer direct booking disc.
somehow mkh already appoint agent, i dun think they will collect booking from buyer direct.

The price up about 6.8% compare to the early bird promo.
Although price up a bit, if u couldn't find better location with cheaper price this still a good buy.

Depends on yr financial situation. Off course three rooms get priority choice when come to rental. But ROI 710 maybe better due to lower price.

My two cents.. maybe other Taiko can help analysis a bit.

Agree. I'm so worried about the MKH workmanship n the material they use. Some sifus advice dun expect good quality from them. I also buy due to location... Nothing much...

for my loan i should entitle for 70% margin but hlb cut till 60++%.. according to my SA hlb knows about the rebate so they lower the margin..

This is ridiculous. Should also complaint to MKH management caused these agents appointed by them.
No give up so easily, if not yr fault MKH should do something about it . Eg maybe jump yr name to top of waiting list
