Hi Maxis,

Case ID: C17118829

I've been having difficulties accessing our VPN server in office using Maxis Fiber broadband. We didn't have any issues before this. I've narrowed down the problem to a GRE ip protocol 47 error.

A simple test from Maxis Router (Lan) port connecting to our VPN server = ok. However, traffic from the WAN can only reach port 1723 and 500 but Maxis Firewall stop GRE (ip protocol 47) from passing.

Note: IP Protocol 47 IS NOT PORT NUMBER 47!!!

Anyone managed to solve this please advise! as Maxis Technical already sleeping on this for 3 weeks already!. Thanks.
