Instead of all this trouble (no trust between buyer/seller) maybe it would've been better to just pay a small deposit first, and then pay the rest when you can actually meet face to face? Or don't pay anything at all, until you meet face to face. If you BADLY want the product, ask seller to send a screen shot of his IC (crossed out) to your phone, and pay the deposit first to book item. If he crosses you, you can start a nice thread with his IC for all to see and burn him, so no one else buys from him. Common sense, both of you need it.
