Hi all member,

Good evening, today i would like to share one of the unhappy dealing experience that happens to me yesterday and today.

The story is like this, yesterday I was offering some members whether they interested about my ARMANI Men Watch AR2434 or not. Some members did replied to me saying not interested or bargain with me the price...However one of the member name : Lehrry replied me that he is interested and request to me for price deduction (Discount) (As per attachment). I resend to him saying that I can offer price from RM250 to RM220 (As per attachment). The he say final price RM200 ba and at last I also agreed with him @ 10.55pm...

But around 1.32am, he replied to me that whether I can do postage or not because he is in JB while at the same time I already asleep (Of course la, what is the time now, no need work meh). Who want to reply him whether to accept his dealing method - by postage during this 1.33 am morning.

Later 4.37am, once again he send me PM me like this:

"if ok with postage, kinda postage tmr

Kayson Tan

Block 2-01-02, Desa Skudai Apartment, Jalan Sejahtera 15, Taman Desa Skudai 81300 Johor Bahru

016-6906969/010-9103939

i will bank in tomorrow, no worry bro, u can post it first (check my feedback), because i not sure what time i wake tomorrow, so if can, pls post it tomorrow first and once i wake i will bank in to u"

After I read with this email, I really want to laugh with his dealing statement: "post first, bank in/pay later".
What the hell he think I will agree under current condition??
Furthermore, why he send PM to me during 1.32 - 4.37 am while i was unable to reply him (Sleeping), Why he cannot reply me after my last replied to him on 10.55pm? why he choose to postpone it until 1.32 and 4.37 to reply the dealing method which i am unable to accept it too if I was not sleeping (Normal member when see such kind of dealing method also will not accept it, but why he still instruct me to post first, this is really cause me to suspect whether he is trying to cheating me or not, everyone also will think like that if this really happen to them...

Who will accept this dealing method - post first, pay later...tell me...
I don't know this Lehrry already did how many times when dealing with people under his unique and own dealing method (Like what he explain that this is his normal practice which request seller to send out the item first and then he will pay later on by the same day...)

Don't you think this is abnormal and unusual dealing method? Only stupid will post the item to him first before receive his money...

Also while whatapps with him, "he keep telling me that he will not cheat me one, What for want to cheat your RM200 watch, you think this is RM200k matter meh, trust me, i will not lie you one, I have a lot of tradelist history and a lot of member dealing with me with the same way"

I start to ask, it is not the trust issue matter, for such postage method, you need to pay the seller first, then only we can ship out the item, but he keep telling me that u post out first, later I will bank in anytime by today one, don't worry. I can pay you as long as you post out the item first by today...

Of course I refuse to do so under his own dealing method and he start to behave like he is boss and said this is not RM200k watch and please trust me by send out the item first, very funny, right?

At the end, I sell the item to one nice, honest and trustful Malay guy (member name: TeChNoLeNs) tonight at 9.30pm. I also offered to deal at his place for his convenient and travel to Subang to finalised the deal. The whole selling experience end up with comfortable environment and TeChNoLeNs also inspect the product (with fast and simple method) before pay me RM200. It only took about 5 minutes to finish the deal and I would like to thank you this TeChNoLeNs for his purchase. You all can check with him if I say anything which is incorrect or untrue fact here...

Finally, I would like to request all the member to beware of this suspect scammer : Lehrry.

Enclosed with the proof of PM in between me and this scammer... for your own easy reference...

Pay seller first, then post to buyer. Standard practice rite? If got no trust that seller will post, dont buy. Simple. Never seen people post first, pay later.

Ex-Buyer of Lehrry stuff here. Had a overall good experience buying the Tab S LTE 32GB from him. I paid him first and he initially offered refund since he was sick for weeks. He managed to come all the way to KL to deliver the tablet to me. Checked on his feedback and there are no cases of buyer being scammed by him.

Frankly, both sides here are wrong to be honest. Lehrry should have paid some kind of deposit (less than 50) to the seller if he thinks that the buyer is not trustworthy. Asking people to post first then pay looks scammy even for me, although I can confirm that Lehrry is a trustworthy seller based on my experience and his feedback. However, MIKE9795 shouldn't have called names and should instead ask for deposit as a guarantee. I know there are lots of scammers that don't pay after receiving product but the best way to do any transaction like these is to arrange a meetup and do a COD instead of banking and posting. This applies to any transaction with someone you don't know selling/buying and it had been said in the forums many times.

I hope both of you resolve your issues with this transaction but I can say that Lehrry is definitely not a scammer and if you don't feel like delivering by post if you don't trust buyer, you should state that you offer COD only.

Hahaha damn funny to see such drama for a 200 bucks item. biggrin.gif

Instead of all this trouble (no trust between buyer/seller) maybe it would've been better to just pay a small deposit first, and then pay the rest when you can actually meet face to face? Or don't pay anything at all, until you meet face to face. If you BADLY want the product, ask seller to send a screen shot of his IC (crossed out) to your phone, and pay the deposit first to book item. If he crosses you, you can start a nice thread with his IC for all to see and burn him, so no one else buys from him. Common sense, both of you need it.

You're no better than him, calling names and insulting. If you don't want to sell to him then don't sell. I know you are a first time seller but you could have asked for a deposit or if you have no trust to buyers, set your item sales to COD only.

Bro, I don't agree with you, You said both wrong is unfair for me. He is the only wrong here, not me...
You will or may be change the decision after you read the red highlight comment i posted here.

He said, "U not believe me I aso ntg de, told u to check my feedback 200 need lie u meh, since u not believe me, depend on trust, ur thing only cost 200, even this u also cant do it, dont trust then dont trust"

How and the way he reply can't give me confidence and trust at all, furthermore this is the first time i deal with him, but he still insist me to post out the thing without paying me first (Even small deposit also don't have like what others member said it should be pay small amount of deposit is the right way to deal under postage method)...

And later on keep saying "Don't trust me meh, 200 thing only mah, like this also cannot do" such reply really sound like no heart to buy and no heart to pay me first, that is why i end up later on rude to him because I found that I no need to tolerate with such scammer like him (Suspect), because the way he reply sound like scammer...
