Thumb of rule is, buyer pay 1st then seller confirm received payment only send item.

In this case, Lehrry probably request for post 1st because he sked he might kena scammed.
Theoretically, thats what buyer wants ofcourse... buyer also sked kena scammed right?
So i cant say who is wrong (asking payment 1st or send item 1st)...

Best way is to do COD, or thru a proxy person (i could suggest via apis_lualua).
Buyer make payment to proxy (proxy hold money 1st) and seller ship item to buyer.
Once buyer confirm receive item then proxy send the money to seller.

Two different scenario here, may be that time he posted to you, but also pay him first right, before he will posted it at post offiece, right? How about if u ask him to post first, will he accept and post as per your instruction, i don't think so...

Doesnt mean he/she done few genuine transaction and confirm wont scam next time.

But he interested at the end and start to ask for discount, and then when I sleep already, then he confirm around 1.32 am and ask if postage can be done to JB, then 4.37 ask again to post first and he will pay later when he wake up... what type of the excuse he use, u see....

He no heart to buy one lah, wake up so late around 1.00pm something ask me whether already post out or not, what type of buyer he is, so ridiculous and treat me like what "stupid" is it...
Also keep mention i can bank in anytime, but i need to post first by today...how to convince me like that...

Me thinks, even if Mike call you first offer to sell, that does not mean Mike has to post first. Anyway no wrong for Lehrry just tried your luck and if Mike disagrees, Mike can just counter-propose another transaction-delivery method....

But then, Mike keep harping on every post how Lehrry dont sleep ,post PMs late night...why is this even an issue , Mike can just answer later at his  convenience.  Nobody demands that  PMs need to be read and answered as soon as he received it.

And then, Mike say  Lehrry offer only 2 hrs window (1-3pm) to post the item,  but Mike could have simply said he cant do it on such short notice and counterpropose a another transaction/delivery time/method.

Why make big issue of post-first suggestion, PM timing and apparent short notice bla bla..... Mike can just refuse, counter-propose or even cancel his offer instead of making fuss over misunderstanding.

nah, you are at fault. Irregardless he pm you first or what, you as a buyer MUST pay first before people ship their stuff. You go online buy things or supermarket can say you take first tomorrow come back pay? He has been kind to keep repeating for you to pay first. If you can't then you should just say you dont want buy already.

by right should make a payment to seller first, then seller can pos goods to buyer.. if buyer have no time to collect it. then its buyer problem, not seller...

it doesn’t matter the word 'if u can post today then i can bank in anytime' as long as seller didn’t receive any payment from buyer, seller have the right to not to pos goods to buyer.

if buyer cannot make a payment by today, its a buyer problem, cannot expect seller to pos goods to buyer without recieve payment first. Seller also need to protect its own interest.
