What happens if I set TuoTu's seeding time value to '0'? Will it seed forever until I personally stop it?

That's strange. I'm getting an average download speed of 59.2kB/s (stated on TuoTu). I really wanna thank UNDERGROUND for recommending this client. It really helps me a lot as the speed is really good.

Sorry some noob question. What's the difference of Tracker and Client? And how do i check if Im connected to international tracker instead of only local 1? By the IP range?

Tracker is a server which helps you connect to other users. Nowadays, even though when a tracker is down, we're still able to connect to other users due to the implementation of DHT. Client is a software you use to connect to other peers using the BitTorrent network. There are many clients now like TuoTu, Azureus, ABC, uTorrent and so on. Yeah. The best way is to check the IP range of the peers you're connected to. Then, you can know whether you're connected to local or international peers. Correct me if I'm wrong. Opps. Typo. I mean what's the difference with tracker and peers.
The client to my understanding in here is actually how many people that we are connect but this actually make sense. Since everyone using only one client to BT. So the number of clients connect = number of users connect.
What's the IP range for TMnut user?

Client: Software that you're using. Example: BitComet, Tuotu, uTorrent, BitLord.
Tracker: Servers that help track down how many people are uploading and downloading a torrent file, the client they're using, and their IP. Example: Scarywater.
Peers: ppl who are downloading the specific torrent files. Example: me
Seeder: a person who has 100% complete file, and is uploading it.
Update: Yes, now i'm having 50+kb speed, on Bleach. i juz realize my line problem juznow.
