but is the client itself
look at the post below
look at the word that in red color and underline, it mean that
BT: fix the bugs where it maybe 'hang' for a few second and the download will boost up after CPU is 'busy'

i try to close it and restart the connection for that task
and the download speed is slow like hell

but then, i close it
press Ctrl+Alt+Del
at the process tab
Tuotu is at there, by using 20,000+ kB memory...
after end process and open again
the speed come back

if im not mistaken
it is to make as a toolbar in your internet browser
so that you can know the Tuotu condition easier

deselect the first box [开机自动运行并最小化] (Auto start Tuotu when startup and minimize to tray)

download slow = back to normal??

can give any explaination??

btw, i found that the speed in BitComet and Tuotu is same now
if Tuotu fast, then BitComet also fast
but if BitComet slow, then Tuotu also wont be that fast...

and Tuotu cant download any file that in other language
eg. Japanese...

it show that you get many download from Malaysia IP
but i think that Tuotu also under throttle
but dunno how, it can connect to more peer
so that can increase your download

like when using Bitcomet, i juz can connect to 40 peers
but when using Tuotu, can connect to 100+ peers

then can get more download from local peer

thats what i found when using Tuotu

ya, at least those remote peer still can contribute 0.5kbps to us
so that we still can get download...

but sometime, the problem is the Tuotu cant even connect to tracker...
can connect to remote peer also useless...

lvlord is the program that make the TCP limit from default 10 to 50
so that you wont get any 4226 warning

soli for make you have some misunderstood

that "a while" i mean is after a few days of try...
else, you try another task
see is the speed different??

if other task also slow in speed
then try to close Tuotu and reopen it again to download (dun forget to check in Task Manager to see is it been close completely)

else, if that task is faster
then it mean is your torrent task problem
either tracker or peer got any problem that make you cannot get high download
