Bloody hell!!! It works for me.
 I switch from Bitcomet (normally max 20kb/s) to Tuotu. Now stable for 100++kb/s for past 4 hours  . Thanks UNDERGROUND  . Good luck on ur SPM.

this confirms tmnut is shaping based on BT clients. since this chinese client is virtually unknown outside of china, that farking tmnut shaper can't throttled it! if i find anymore new clients, i am going to keep quiet about it. don't want tmnut or any of their farking defenders finding out about it.
