I owned a Nikon D90, I am looking for a lens for micro lense and long distance lense. Any lense to recommend and the price

get the cheap nikkor 55-200mm for zoom lens, rm600+- i think
macro lens..... i not sure

Can nikon support tamron lense?

tamron lens have nikon mount
sigma lens also have nikon mount
and D90 with built in motor, so you can buy a cheaper version
but the focus will be slower

as foohoa said, 55-200. and add a raynox dcr250 macro adapter... wont go wrong and best combo with 55-200.

both combo will cost u less then rm1000. (raynoxdcr250 should be around 250-350)
