Play in aircond room will do but only the electricity bill is the issue....

a table fan may not be a solution for everyone ..... it would blows away all ur papers around if there's not an object placed above it...

basically there's no proper solution as most notebook cooler just not good enough ....

if u could do some modding probably can get ur own laptop cooler ....

get a price of acrylic and drill dual 12cm fan holes and get some rubber feet from hardware shop as spacer to raise the acrylic piece higher than the two 12cm fans ..

then get urself a 12v adapter like those used for 3:5 inch external HDD case... modify the adapter to 4 pins molex and there u go .

for finishing some decoration could be done as well ...
