I've been taking Creatine Monohydrate for 5 days now as a loading phase, in which I go for 10 grams a day before the maintenance phase. The problem is I will feel weak and tired after 30 minutes and it will go away about 2-3 hours later. I drink a lot of water though, not sure what is wrong. Can someone advice?
Can Creatine Monohydrate make you feel drowsy?
