Yeah you can learn it well but when you play against good players they know the map well too. So when it comes to 1 on 1 gunfight your going to lose due to ping. You always have to play positioning and awareness and be a step ahead of people so your shooting 1st before them.

I was the number 1 player in Planetside 2 (Oceanic Server). Only 3 people in that server in my time hit Level 100. I do bloody well in Dirty Bomb.

All this requires good ping. Planetside 2 I was playing with 175ping but still managed to be number 1. Dirty Bomb is better 30 ping but their servers have netcode or lag then it get's difficult because their server sometimes acts very funny and doesn't help using Unifi because they have their issues too.

Overall Dirty Bomb is good. I just want to play with a friend which Dirty Bomb doesn't have a party system yet so want to try BOPS 3.

as far I know Streamyx and Unifi share the same core network structure so the result is the same.... Even when I play at my office only get 90-100ms using AIMS as my internet provider...

You can try insurgency, i heard its a good fps with dedi servers. i saw somewhere there's a few singapore hosted
servers available and the price for the game is also cheap.

Yeah seen insurgency. It feels too much like Counterstrike. I used to play the old counter strike many years back. Like for a few years burnt out playing anything similar looking.

I'll wait until I get proper confirmation on the ping on Unifi. I've seen @Amy09 her ping was around 115ms but she is using Time Fiber.

For now continue playing Dirty Bomb. I really love the game just need party feature.

btw how come this game is like so quiet? unlike the days of COD4 MW. hahah...i need to know the pings too once the patch is good.

owh sorry for off-topic here..i saw ur names last night...in dirty bomb...i had played a few games with it and kinda felt in love....

today i cannot connect to their server...i looked into their website and no announcement were made for like maybe a maintenance of some kind...

so do u also encounter this problem as of rightnow ...which is cannot log in to games..as of right now...9.20pm malaysia time... ??

another thing to add up is i kinda agree with u on the ping value when playing FPS games..its the most important thing...better not play FPS if the ping is too high...because u will not ever perform at your highest level with it bordering around ofcourse..at the end..u get yourself blood pressure hahahh

oops lastly...been looking into this game too...the negative review by some of the netizens really stop me buying the game until now...i just care about the multiplayer aspect of this game...and its kinda sad (referring to the higher PING problems)

is it just me or is it really difficult to find matches right now? it keeps on looking for players but it is as if there are no players available. i had to choose from recent players from the social tab. even then, i played mode that i didnt like but just went on with it because the system could not find me a match.

Sorry for getting back to you late. I didn't have any issue entering into the game on Nov 22. Yesterday the servers were very good. I had a very good time. Ping low no issue shooting people.

I hope your issue is resolved. If not do a integrity check for the game. Right click your game in steam and verify integrity.

I'm a TDM player so I hope that mode easy to find people.

I need to make sure someone who uses UniFi advises me how the game is and ping.

Yeah I'm using unifi. Usually the ping is around 100-200. Sometimes unifi gila it goes more than that. I play tdm, now it's quite difficult but there's a way around it. Previously not so difficult to get a tdm match.

Just make sure your NAT is open. They say if moderate sometimes hard to find people. Might want to port forward or DMZ your router.

Or just BOPS3 has too few people playing that game mode.

Also how is it with 100 or ping. Shoot can win or always lose 1 on 1 and watch kill cam go WTF I shoot late but actually shoot early.

Thanks. Will try that. I can't say I always win, but sometimes I got better kd rate than those with lower pings and higher ranking. Sometimes I got more than 20 kills.

Pc community seems lacking for this game's multiplayer, sometimes gotta wait at least
5mins to get a TDM game. Now i resort to play at around 10pm so to get faster
matchups. Most of my clan-mates already gone back to battlefront for time being lol.
If you planning to get this game,best bet is console version...
