Hi all, I have been working for 1 year and I wish to buy my first property for invest. I know very less about property. Can i have any guide?
Currently i am looking for apartment around RM 100k which can rent out and from what i know, i can get interest discount for my first property, is that true? Is it i should get more expensive unit so that i can get more discount?

look for auction flats, price around rm60k to 90k, choose those with high ROI. flip flip flip like this u will get 5 flats in 2 years time

5 flats rental = 5-600 x 5
5 flats value = 150k x 5
Now punya market, auction flats still making good returns mah?

many low cost flats is at very very good location, look for those flats next to pavilion 2.

Around what price range + expectations of rental ler?
In dilemma of choosing new condo (smallest size) or take low risk flat (cheap mah)..
