Hi all, I have been working for 1 year and I wish to buy my first property for invest. I know very less about property. Can i have any guide?
Currently i am looking for apartment around RM 100k which can rent out and from what i know, i can get interest discount for my first property, is that true? Is it i should get more expensive unit so that i can get more discount? |
