I had this problem too when I upgraded my laptop. I think its bec Win10 deciding which GPU to use, integrated GPU on the i7 or the AMD.

What I did was do a clean install of Win10, not reset.

It should be pretty straight forward if your HDD is MBR. Mine was GPT so I had to change some settings in BIOS before it would install.
