I would say its your EGO that forms this social anxiety!
I have practiced go out talking to strangers.
First is always the worst. Your vibe isn't there yet. When I talked to 5th or 6th stranger. My friendly good vibe forming.

Its about pushing yourself out there.
NO EXCUSE

If you still not feeling good, try grooming and fashion
Listen to good music that pumps u up
