sounds ok to me... deposit is fair n square. rm100 is very little compared to the dust and noise ur reno will cost... the maintenance fees issue, well, you should have known before buying.

sigh so sorry to hear you got wrong info from agents , it happened to me b4 too... malaysia shld really clamp down on bad prop agents, they're everywhr like flies!

unfortunately i think the reno deposit and fee is reasonable IMHO and i doubt thr is much u can do to change it. bear in mind the cleaners who hv to clean up after ur reno guys, and the neighbours who put up with the dust n noise.

every dev is diff la, basically tho nobody likes to pay more, a higher maintenance and reno deposit etcetc ensures ur committee is richer and has funds to fix problems etcetc in future. very important when ur place becomes 10+yrs old.
