Honestly, I doubt that LAD will happen though it's nearing the delivery deadline. It's not a matter of $$$ for the LAD that SPS wants to avoid but the reputation. Although (slightly) late delivery of vacant possession is not uncommon in the industry, I think somehow it has negative connotation to the developer. Having said that, I still hope that the developer will do things nicely (even though it may not be able to deliver on time) rather than rushing the deadline.

I just inferred based on the facts that your house is going to vp in a month or two (if I remembered correctly based on the post earlier). Taking 1 month for those paper submission and approval, working back the timeline, the house should be more or less complete liao.
